1c self rising flour
c sugar
2 Tbsp plus c baking cocoa, divided
c milk
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 c packed brown sugar
1 c hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and 2 Tbsp cocoa. Stir in milk and oil until smooth. Pour into a greased 8 square baking pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over top, do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until top of cake springs back. Serve with ice cream.
