1 small zucchini 1 small yellow squash 1 c shredded mozzarella ¼ c grated parmesan
Slice squash into ¼” slices. Place in shallow 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cheeses. Broil 4” from the heat for 7-10 minutes or until squash is crisp-tender and cheese is bubbly.
