1 1/4 Cup Yellow Cornmeal 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Onion Salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 Cup Buttermilk
Combine dry ingredients. Add buttermilk and mix until stiff. Make rounded tablespoons of batter using palm of hand to round out. Drop into deep hot oil. Cook until well browned (approx. 2 minutes) Serve hot.
