Sirloin Tip Roast
2 beef bouillon cubes in
2 cups of water,.

Shake on roast:
Laury Seasoning
Salt, pepper, onion salt, basil

1 pkg. Brown gravy mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup (Healthy Choice-lower fat and sodium)

Directions:
Directions:
Sirloin Tip Roast Cut Strings and put in Crock Pot.
After boiling 2 beef bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water, pour over roast.

Shake Seasonings on roast
(Crock pot on low at least 6 hr. I usually do 10 hrs. overnight).
Before church (about 2 hrs.) add:
1 pkg. Brown gravy mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
If needed: thicken gravy with 2-3 Tab flour and milk.

For 18 people I add 3 pkg. brown gravy mix (McCormick) and 3 cans cream of mushroom soup (Campbell’s).
Optional: add about 1 cup potato water from about 15 red potatoes boiled if making mashed potatoes.
