1/2 c uncooked rice
1/2 stick oleo or butter
1/2 chopped onion
3/4 c water
1 can beef bouillon
1/2 c sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice and onions in butter then place in a casserole dish with other ingredients. Bake about 45 minutes at 350.
Stir about 15 minutes before done.
