1 large loaf white bread, cubed (Texas toast with crust removed)
Cinnamon
2 sticks butter
1 qt half and half (4 cups)
1 dozen large eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cans Eagle Brand

Directions:
Directions:
Place cubed bread in greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Beat butter, half and half, eggs and sugar until blended. Pour mixture over bread. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Drizzle Eagle Brand sparingly over the top. You may add side bowls with extra Eagle Brand for dipping. You also may add Bourbon to the Eagle Brand.
