12 oz. bag spiral macaroni or macaroni twists cooked and cooled
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. cheddar cheese (only use lb. for this mixture and save the other pound to put on top of casserole)
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato soup (or stewed tomatoes)
1 packet dried taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. First, grease a casserole dish with oil or shortening. Brown ground beef with taco seasoning. Set aside. Mix first three ingredients together and put in casserole dish. Second, mix the ground beef mixture with the tomatoes. Layer that mixture on top of the first layer. Top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
