2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 tsp lemon extract
3 cups peeled chopped pears
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, oil, eggs, extract together. Add dry ingredients and pears. Mix well. Grease bundt pan and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 325F for about 1 1/2 hours.
