Directions:
Wash livers and remove "fatty stuff". Put livers on a broiler pan and broil until brown; turn over to brown the other side. Cut into the liver to make sure inside is cooked. Cool the livers.
Saute the sliced onions in vegetable oil. In a grinder, alternate liver, eggs and cooked onions. Mix well. Add oil if mixture is not holding together well. Spray a small glass bowl with Pam. Mound the liver in a bowl and refrigerate. Serve on a bed of romaine lettuce. Serve with rye bread.
