4-6 Chicken Breasts
2 boxes of croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Use rolling pin to break up all the croutons then pour into a large mixing bowl. Grease the bottom of casserole dish with cooking spray and sprinkle some of the croutons on the bottom of the casserole dish to coat the bottom. Place one or two chicken breasts at a time, in the mixing bowl coating them with the croutons then placing them in the casserole dish. Empty left over croutons into the casserole dish and place a teaspoon of butter over each breast. Cover with foil and place in oven for an hour or until chicken is cooked through. Remove foil the last 5-10 minutes.
