4 lbs red new potatoes
4 chopped green onions
1/2 cup dill
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and cook in boiling water until just tender.

Chope onions; drain potatoes. Cut potatoes into quarters as soon as they can be handled.

Place in large bowl.

Dressing:
Place vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in blender; with motor running pour in oil.

Pour dressing over potatoes; add onion and toss gently. Fold in sour cream.

Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
