3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup shortening
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup molasses
1 cup water
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
lemon juice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease bundt pan; set aside.

Stir together flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.

Beat shortening; add brown sugar; add eggs and molasses; add flour mixture and water. Pour into pan.

Bake 50-55 minutes; cool for 30 minutes in pan; remove and cool completely.

Combine powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon lemon juice; add additional lemon juice if necessary for drizzling consistency.
