2 lbs.of boneless chicken breast
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
4 oz. pkg. Athenos feta cheese/crumbled with basil and tomato
2 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Coat bottom of glass casserole dish with olive oil. Cut up chicken breasts and place in dish. Place tomatoes around chicken and top with feta. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Serve over pasta noodles, rice or alone.
