2 c sifted flour
4 egg yolks
3 Tbsp cold water
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in mixing bowl. Make a well in the center. Beat egg yolks and add water and salt to them. With fork start blending ingredients together. Then use fingers until well blended. Remove dough to floured board and knead mixture. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll each section as thin as possible. When partially dry sprinkle lightly with flour and roll up like a jelly roll. Cut in strips thin or wide. Shake out to dry.
