1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup milk
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter and sugar in a mixer bowl. Then mix and beat for 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl. Add orange peel, orange juice, and milk. Then beat for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to bowl. Mix for about 30 seconds, or until moistened. DO NOT OVER BEAT. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake @ 400*F for 20 to 25 minutes serve warm.
