2 cups of Bisquick
2/3 cup of beer
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Stir with fork until ball forms. It will be sticky. Turn out on well floured board. Knead 8-10 times with hands. Pat out to 1/2" thick. Cut into 16 pieces. Place into hot, buttered iron pan and bake 10-12 minutes at 425 or until golden brown.
