2 packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, peel, juice and vanilla; add eggs; mix until blended.

Pour into crust.

Bake 40 minutes; refrigerate 3 hours....top with whipped topping before serving.

Store leftovers in refrigerator
