1 box of croutons
2 lbs cooked breakfast sausage
2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese
mushrooms (optional)
8 eggs (beaten)
2 cups milk
1 can of cream soup (chicken, mushroom, etc.)
seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9" x 13" baking dish with Pam. Line with box of croutons. Cover with the sausage, cheese and mushrooms. Pour beaten eggs, milk and cream soup over other ingredients. Allow to sit in refrigerator overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 or longer. It needs to be bubbly and firm.
