Ingredients:  
1 lb American cheese (grated)
1 8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
chili powder
garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese and Amercian cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add nuts and garlic salt to taste. Mix with hands until mixture is uniform in appearance and well mixed. Roll into logs and roll in chili powder. You may also roll in finely chopped pecans. Chill at least 2 hours and then slice and serve with crackers.

This goes great on the top of a bowl of chili or soup!
