Ingredients:  
4 tbls. butter
2 bunches of chopped green onions
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 large bell pepper (chopped)
2 4oz cans of chopped green chiles
32oz can of chili without beans
16oz Velveta cheese (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, peppers and garlic in butter. Add remaning ingredients. Cook until bubbly. Serve with corn chips.
