1½ to 2 pounds chicken breast sautéed thoroughly, seasoned and chopped into ½” pieces
1 family size can of cream of chicken soup
½ can of Rotel
1lb grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cups Milk
broken tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Cream of Chicken soup with milk and set aside. Spray Pam in a 9"x13" baking dish and put a layer of tortilla chips in the bottom, enough to cover the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle chicken over chips and spoon the Cream of Chicken and milk over the chips and chicken and then add a layer of cheese. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the dish and cover the top with a healthy amount of the cheeses. Bake in oven on 400º for 20 minutes. Let stand to cool for five minutes and then serve.
