1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. mince shallots
10 oz. baby spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and oil, medium heat. Add shallots and red pepper. Cook 1 minute. Add spinach in 2 batches and cook for 3-5 minutes.
