1 head Romaine lettuce
1 C. shredded Swiss cheese
1 C. cashews
1/2 C. craisins
1 diced apple
1 diced pear

1/3 C. sugar
1/3 C. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 C. oil (add last)

Mix all in blender adding oil last then stirring in 1 Tb. poppy seeds
Pour dressing over salad just prior to serving.
