This crust is used for the *Key Lime Pie* also in the Dessert section!

14 graham crackers = 1 1/4 c. crumbs
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.

2. In a food processor or blender, crush the graham crackers. Transfer crumbs to a large bowl; mix in the butter, sugar, and cinnamon until thoroughly moistened. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan.

3. Bake for 8 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
