Tiny, yellowish key limes grow only in southernmost Florida. If you can't find them, use Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice!

5 large egg yolks
1 c. (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. plain yogurt -- drain yogurt in paper towels or coffee filter to remove excess water.
5 oz. (5/8 c.) key lime juice

**Graham Cracker Crust - separate recipe in Dessert Section.**

1 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat over to 350.

2. Combine egg yolks, milk, and yogurt, and whisk until thoroughly combined. Whisk in lime juice.

3. Scrape mixture into pie crust; bake for 8 minutes, or until just set. Removed from oven, let cool, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

4. Whip the cream until barely thickened. Add the sugar and whip until soft peaks appear. Spread over the top of the pie and refrigerate overnight.
