1 whole chicken
1 turkey bag for cooking
2 T. flour
6 each: potatoes, onions and bell peppers
2 garlic (one inside chicken- one outside)
1 1/2 T. crushed mint
dash parsley
2 c. white wine
7 drops of bitter
1 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
1 t. salt

Place flour in turkey bag; cover bag with flour. Cover chicken with salt and pepper; place in bag. Add potatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, mint, parsley, wine, bitter, Worcestershire sauce, water and salt. Pierce bag top 12 times with fork. Bake at 325.
