1 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup oil 2 eggs 4-6 bananas 1 tsp baking soda 2 cups flour 1 cup chopped nuts
In a pie plate mash your bananas with a fork and sprinkle baking soda on top and stir, set aside. In another bowl mix flour, sugar, oil and eggs together. Add bananas and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
