1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups carrots
1 c pineapple
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil, set aside. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture until smooth. Add eggs and beat well after each addition. Add pineapple, carrots and nuts and beat well. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
