2 tbsp butter
3-6 cloves garlic, minced
2 large avocados, mashed
8 oz heavy cream
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
4 drops Tabasco sauce
4 Roma tomatoes, diced
½ cup sour cream
½ cup pine nuts, roasted
½ cup Parmesan cheese

1 lb spinach fettuccine, cooked al dente

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic in butter in medium saucepan. Add mashed avocado, cream, salt, pepper, and Tabasco and blend until smooth. Stir in tomatoes. Serve over fettuccine and top with sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts
