4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. soda
1 T. cinnamon
3 small jars of baby food carrots
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nutmeats
4 T. butter
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients and bake an a greased jelly roll pan for 20-30 minutes at 350. Frosting: Melt the butter; remove from heat and add cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until creamy, about 2 minutes.
