3pounds of stew meat 2 onions 2 C chopped carrots 2C chopped celery 2 T worstershire 2C cubed potatoes 1 can of green peas 1 tsp tapioca(dry) 2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper
Put all ingredients in dutch oven or stew pot that has a good seal and can go into the oven. No need to stir, just dump in. Top with 2 cans of tomato soup or 1 can tomato soup and 1 can tomato sauce. Cover and bake 5 hours at 250 degrees without peeking!!
