Brownie:
1 box Swiss chocolate or German chocolate cake mix
1/3 C evaporated milk
C melted butter or margarine

Topping:
1 14 oz bag of caramels
1/3 C evaporated milk

1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Brownie:
Beat mixture for 2 minutes and spread into a 9x13 pan(Spray pam prep) Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes and cool for 2 minutes.

Topping:
Melt in microwave(about 2 minutes). Beat until smooth. Heavy drizzle caramel over baked portion.

Sprinkle C chocolate chips and C chopped pecans on top of caramel brownie mix. Mix C chocolate chips and nuts in raw batter. Drop by teaspoonfuls on top of baked mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
