2 lbs stew meat
1 can beef broth
8 oz tomato sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1tsp paprika
2 onions, slicked
1 can sliced carrots
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
2 Tbsp flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Egg noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in oil. Put broth and tomato sauce in bottom of crock pot. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, sugar, salt & pepper. Add a small amount of water and mix until smooth and add to crock pot. Stir to mix and add meat. Cover and cook high 5-6 hours or low 8-10 hours. Serve over noodles.
