1lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 8oz bottle of taco sauce
¾ cup water
1 4 oz can green chilies
1 1.25 pkg taco seasoning
2 c shredded cheddar
Broken taco shells
Tomatoes
Sour cream
Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 370 degrees. Grease an 11x7” baking dish. Cook beef and onions in large skillet until browned. Stir in taco sauce, water, chilies and seasoning mix; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cook, stirring occasionally about 3-4 minutes. Layer half the broken shells on bottom of the baking dish. Cover with half of the meat and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted. Garnish with tomatoes, onion and sour cream if desired.
