6 egg yolks
2 (14oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 Cup strained fresh lime juice
1 Cup whipped cream

graham cracker crust (recipe is in this cook book)

Directions:
beat eggs yolks until thick and lemon colored, add condensed milk and juice. Pour in backed pie shell or graham cracker crust.

chill and top with whipped cream just before serving.
