1 lb washed small leafed spinach
1 lb fresh bean sprouts
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
8 slices bacon fried crisp
Dressing:
1 T Worchester sauce
1 C Oil
1/2 C sugar
1/3 C ketchup
1/4 Vinegar
1 T salt
2 cloves minced garlic

mix dressing well and pour over salad ingredients, serve immediately
