1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup OR 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese - divided
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tube Buttermilk biscuits
1 2-oz can mushrooms
1 cup mozzarella cheese or more as desired

Directions:

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add tomato sauce, 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Press biscuits into a 9" pan with slight edge. Spread meat mixture over biscuit layer. Sprinkle mushrooms on top followed by mozzarella cheese. Then sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
