3/4 c bell pepper 1/4 c hot pepper of choice 1&1/2 c apple cider vinegar 6&1/2 c sugar 1 bottle certo
Chop pepper in a food processor and save the juice. Mix pepper, sugar, & vinegar and boil for 2 minutes. Add certo and boil until temperature reaches 220 degrees. Set off heat for 10 minutes then skim and pour into jars.
