2 packages cranberries, fresh
1 orange, zest and cut into strips
1/2 c sugar
1 cinnamon stick

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a sauce pan over medium heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 20 mins. Cool and refrigerate.
Remove the cinnamon stick.
