Ingredients:  
4 medium cucumbers, peeled
1 carrot, grated
1 c vinegar
1 c sugar
1 c mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice cucumbers; add grated carrot, salt and pepper. Mix vinegar and sugar; add to vegetables. Fold mayo into mixture until creamy. Refrigerate
for several hours so flavors mingle....
