2 onions
1 green pepper
1 # hamburger
1 (#2) can tomatoes
salt to taste
3 tbs chili powder
1 ( 8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and cook all ingredients except macaroni,
cook macaroni, and drain. Add to Hamburger mixture in a large casserole dish. Put grated cheese on top and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
