2 bags frozen hashbrowns 1 c water 2 cans chicken broth 1 pkg McCormick Country White Gravy Mix salt and pepper to taste cheese and bacon (optional)
Bring chicken broth, water and hashbrowns to boil. Boil until hashbrowns are tender. Mix gravy as directed on package. Then pour gravy into soup and simmer for 20 min. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese and bacon if so desired.
