Ingredients:  
1 to 2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 chicken breasts
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over med. heat. Mix chili powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of chicken. Add chicken to skillet. Cook 8-10 min, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear.
Serve with rice and beans or corn.
