shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or 1 pkg of real bacon bits
10 small red potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
spray butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spay casserole dish with non-stick spray. Wash and quarter potatoes. Place in casserole dish. Cover potatoes with spray butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with bacon and cheese. Cover dish with foil and bake for 40-45 min.
