8 oz. large elbow noodles(make sure you use LARGE)
1/2 stick REAL butter
3 1/2 c milk
1 block of shredded cheese (do not use pre-shredded, it is too dry!)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt better in a casserole dish. Add milk and noodles (salt and pepper to taste before cooking....noodles will not absorb salt after they are cooked!) Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until it is firm.
