1 can corned beef hash
1 1/2 c cooked egg noodles
1 8 oz. block of grated cheddar cheese (no low-fat cheeses)
1/2 c evaporated milk
1/3 cup grated or chopped onion (your preference)
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup crushed potato chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Place beef, onion, noodles and cheese in a casserole dish and mix well. Blend soup and milk together and pour over beef mixture. Sprinkle with chips. Bake for 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
