1/4 c. butter or margarine, cut up
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/8 t. salt
3 T. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Place the 1/4 cup butter in a large 2 1/2 qt. baking dish in oven for 5 min. till butter is melted. Meanwhile, in a large bowl beat eggs until combined. Add milk, flour, and salt. Beat until smooth. Immediately pour batter into the hot baking dish over the hot butter. Bake 25 min. or until puffed out and well-browned. Serve immediately. The pancake will deflate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
