1 lb. steak, cubed
1/2 onion, chopped
1 pkg. Aujus gravy mix
8 oz. sour cream
2 T. flour
1 cup water, divided
1 T. oil
Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
On medium-low heat, saute onion, 1/2 water, oil, Aujus and meat in pan covered for about 20 min. Mix flour into sour cream, then whisk into meat mixture. Add water (more water may be added). Saute until thickened.

Serve over noodles.
