1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 qt. tomato juice
1/2 to 1 pkg. taco seasoning
4 cans beans (drained & rinsed)
1 can pork and beans (undrained)
1 can corn (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef & onion. Add tomato juice, taco seasoning, pork and beans, corn and 4 cans of beans (chili beans, pinto beans, etc.) Simmer a few hours. Serve with grated cheese, taco chips, sour cream and/or green olives.
