1 tbsp and 2-1/4 tsp all-purpose flour
1-3/4 pounds chuck roast
1/2 pound tomato sauce
1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons chopped onion
3 tbsp and 1/4 tsp brown sugar
1-1/8 cubes beef bouillon
3/4 tsp chili powder
5/8 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp mustard powder

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the flour into the roast. Place roast in bottom of slow cooker. Pour in the tomato sauce, onion, brown sugar, bouillon, chili powder, garlic and mustard powder. Mix well. Cover slow cooker and cook on high setting for 8 hours OR on low setting for 14 to 16 hours.
